 耐磨矿用泵为卧式安装。耐磨矿用泵的吸入口方向为水平。所有常规型泵的吐出口方向垂直向上。轴向力由平衡盘来平衡。轴封一般采用填料密封，根据用户需要也可采用机械密封。除个别型泵采用滑动轴承、稀油润滑外，其余采用滚动轴承、油脂润滑。

水质要求PH4—10（采用特殊材料可满足更复杂要求）
环境水温≤50℃ （特殊环境选配高温电机，耐水温95℃）
颗粒径根据泵的结构及叶轮出口宽度不同，最大≤20mm
